The Employer requires that all Applicants be either experienced, well trained or both! It is our duty to ensure that the employer has access to the very best people suitable for the available position as we do not want to upset either party. This means that we need to be quite selective on who we put forward to fill any vacancies.

Whilst there may be tens of thousands of positions available; there are in excess 500,000 job seekers vying to fill these roles. We need to ensure that the most suitable people are applying for the correct positions at any given time. This is a massive logistical process as we need to sift through each and every application and cross reference them with the positions available in each State. This is a mammoth task and requires that both

Applicants and Employers provide as much valuable information as possible to enable us to find the correct hire.

Due to the quality of service as provided by us -Labourjobs.org; we have taken away the somewhat massive risk posed to the Employer when they hire a new Staff member in the shape enormous commissions paid to Employment Agencies for simply filling vacancies. Our commissions are typically just 5% in comparison.
